Within 13 months from the date of invoice, Samar guarantees all products that we manufacture are entitled to product warranty, with conditions and limitations listed below.
Samar shall repair or replace any part of our product(s) that is proven defective due to faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover any defects caused from misuse, mishandling, abuse, accident, natural disaster, or any unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly on customer behalf. Please note that refund is only applicable when product(s) or part(s) sold does not meet Samar’s specification.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION
Return Merchandise Authorization is also known as “RMA”. An RMA Number must be obtained from your Samar sales representative before any Samar product repairs or replacements take place, and prior to any product returns. Each party is responsible for one way economic freight cost and relevant expense(s). Under the terms of this warranty, Samar is obligated to repair the defective unit without any charge. Items that are returned without an RMA Number will not be repaired or replaced by Samar. They will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense and Samar has the right to charge the customer for storage fee and import duty.This warranty requires the item(s) returned to be in the original packaging supplied. The item(s) needs to be returned in entirety (including hardware, software, cables, documentation, etc.) If the original packing materials are no longer available, Customer are required to use comparable shipping materials to ship the product(s) in the most secured manner possible. Product(s) returned for repair or replacement that is damaged during shipment due to poor packaging by the customer will not be covered under this warranty. We recommend that all product(s) returned to Samar be insured.The Samar warranty is subject to change without notice.
