Since its early establishment in 1974, Samar Group started up as an Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) provider and has fully grown into an international entity comprising Multi-Media, EMS and Components Supply divisions. The establishment of each division was considered as a challenge and a mile-stone to it or others for the time being, but self-evident enough, its continuous success has repeatedly proved its futuristic visions never fail. In addition, it's bold and yet strategically planed vertical integration derived from its core competence has better equipped it with a sharp competitive edge to stay ahead of current.? Company History

• 1974 Peter Lee founded Samar Enterprises Co., Ltd. In Taipei, Taiwan. Samar engaged in the trading and export of passive electronic components.
• 1984 Samar expanded into manufacturing industry. The first product segment is the manufacturing of telecom accessories.
• 1989 Samar launched Macintosh peripherals and OEM contract manufacturing service.
• 1990 Samar established off-shore manufacturing plant in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for Telecom accessories and OEM business.
• 1998 Samar partnership with Asian Wiring Harness Company in Xiamen, China for the Wire Harnesses Assembly.
• 2005 Enmar Technics was established in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for the LCD TV, multimedia products and Digital Signage/Media Player manufacturing.
• 2006 Samar Technologies was established in Florida, USA for the sales and marketing of Digital Signage/Media player product line.
